Refund policy
Silhouette Mastectomy, is confident that you will be pleased with the quality of the products that you purchase. If you purchase in-store we also guarantee that you will be happy with your fit. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange with-in the first 7 days from the date on your receipt if it is an on-line purchase. In-store purchases must be returned with-in 7 days (in-store credit only).
Do Not return any purchases until a Return Authorization (RA) is obtained from Silhouette Mastectomy - Please Contact Us to request an RA - You will be asked for the details and reasons for your proposed return
Do Not "reject" or phone the courier to stop the delivery! This will cost you a large amount in charges from them for special handling, which we will deduct from your return amount. If the package is in transit, the most cost effective method is to accept the package and obtain an RA from us and send it back in it's original condition as described below.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, must still have it's original manufacturer's tags in untouched condition and the sales tags must still be attached. There shall be - no signs of being worn (ie. no stains of any sort, no smells including smoke, deodorants, perfumes, etc. Since this is "Intimate Apparel" we will be strict on these points (these items can not be resold unless they are in perfect new condition, as a customer you should expect no less)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Mastectomy Underwear & Swimsuits: In-eligible, are considered FINAL SALE.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (up to 10 days) before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded - Sale Items are considered FINAL SALES and do not qualify for any sort of refund, or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please Contact Us
Return Shipping Details:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an expensive product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item - If it is lost or stolen in shipping we will not be responsible for replacing it.
